My passion is helping individuals connect with their stories in a curious and non-judgmental way so that they can confidently connect with who and what is most important to them.
My sessions are a safe place to be yourself, to welcome the parts of yourself that you wish you could be rid of. The parts of yourself that you work the hardest to hide may also hold the most valuable information needed for healing.
