Having worked in research, with first-responders, and people of all walks of life, my goal is to help you build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and navigate transitions and moving forward. I work with individuals and couples, and hold a Masters of Counselling Psychology and BSc in Forensic Psychology.
I take a trauma- and culturally-informed approach that pulls from Narrative, Attachment and Emotionally Focused, EMDR, Narrative, and IFS therapy, but I ensure flexibility in how this applies to your goals. I have interest in mood & stress, immigration, identity & self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, and relationships.
