I am a trauma-trained, cis-qwoc psychotherapist, in private practice for 12 years. I draw on tools from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and Comprehensive Resource Model to support individuals, couples and families with matters of mental and emotional health: trauma, identity, relationships, systemic barriers, substance use, self-harm, disability, and many other life experiences. My politics are rooted in harm reduction, abolition, decolonization and Indigeneity.
