I have supported individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, ADHD, developmental and neurological conditions, as well as brain and spinal cord injuries.
I create a safe, supportive space that is positive and non‑judgmental. My goal is to equip you with practical tools for lasting change while respecting your autonomy. You remain actively involved and in control of your goals throughout the therapeutic process.
