Reaching out for therapy is a courageous first step, and I welcome you! Therapy is deeply confronting and vulnerable work; the process will feel painful at times – but not always! There will also be moments of humour, insight and liberation. I am passionate about supporting people through relational challenges, including cross-cultural relationships, high conflict dynamics, ethical non-monogamy and neurodivergence within relationships. I work with partners to help foster greater trust, communication, safety and intimacy.

Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) I support partners in recognizing dysfunctional patterns, expressing deeper emotions and and building a more secure, connected relationship. When appropriate, I weave in somatic exercises to tap into the intuitive wisdom of the body.

My counselling style is non-shaming, caring and affirming; my communication style is transparent and direct with a sprinkle of humour. I find myself most often combining talk-therapy, somatic therapy and practical approaches. I understand that every situation is unique, and finding the right support matters.
