You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, or loss, you’re not alone. These experiences affect both our emotions and our bodies, often shaped by earlier relationships and life events. My work combines somatic and psychodynamic approaches to help you understand what you feel, how it shows up in your body, and where patterns may come from. I offer a steady, supportive space to build awareness and find new ways forward with more ease and vitality.

Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or formal. It can be creative, collaborative, and built around the person you are, not just the problems you’re facing. I bring warmth, energy, and my full self into this work. My hope is that you feel like you can do the same. You don’t need to have the right words, the full story, or all the answers. We’ll move at your pace and explore things together with curiosity and care.

There’s a lot that holds us back from trying therapy. You may think you need a serious problem to see a therapist. But therapy is for everyone because being human means we experience sadness, grief, anxiety, and moments of overwhelm. The only requirement for therapy is simply being human. You may ask, Why not talk to a friend? Because friends aren’t trained to listen in a way that allows insights to emerge, wounds to open up, and traumas to be released. Therapy offers a different kind of space—one where you’re held with skill, presence, and attunement.

Do you feel disconnected with yourself, your loved ones, your work or your purpose? Do you sometimes feel like you are missing out on something and there should be more to life? You are definitely not alone. Our bodies and minds naturally shut down and try to avoid unpleasant and painful emotions. This is problematic in two ways – the feelings and stress simply fills like a balloon until it is unbearable and bursts, while at the same time our strategies for shutting out the unpleasant feelings also shut down our experiences of the good and joyful, impacting our connection with ourselves and relationships with others.

Sometimes it feels like you’re holding parts of yourself back, rushing through life while trying to balance all the roles and expectations you carry. You want to slow down and feel more grounded, but anxious thoughts keep pulling you in different directions. You know this pattern doesn’t reflect who you truly are, and you’re ready to show up differently, bringing more authenticity to your relationships. You’re just not sure where to begin.

We love our families, but relationships can be complicated. If you're struggling with conflict or trying to make changes in these relationships, I’m here to help.
As a South Asian woman, I understand the important role cultural values can play in approaching family issues, especially for women. Seven years working in the legal sector has also shown me how issues like parenting conflicts or domestic violence can deeply affect wellbeing. And as someone who has felt the pain of losing a beloved pet, I’m passionate about supporting others through the grief of pet loss or the emotional challenges of caring for animals.
