You might be carrying a lot right now. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, feeling stuck in your thoughts, being hard on yourself, or just not feeling like yourself lately. Life transitions, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences may also be making things feel heavier than usual. But you don’t have to navigate all of this alone.
I work with those who are looking for a space to slow things down and feel understood. My goal is to be present with you in a way that feels supportive and collaborative, helping you move forward in a direction that feels more grounded, clear, and aligned with your values.

For years, I’ve witnessed how deeply our relationship with ourselves can impact everything around us. Our self-worth trickles into how we fuel ourselves, speak up, and show up in our family, relationships, and career.
As the owner of a nutrition business for five years, I helped women move away from fad diets and toward a more intuitive, meaningful way of life. Over time, I realized that nutrition was only one piece of the puzzle—and that true healing comes from digging deeper into the emotions, beliefs, and experiences that shape how we see ourselves.
I wanted to get to the root of the “issue” with my clients.

Wading through therapist profiles seems like an exhausting chore with no guaranteed pay-off. But so, too, does white-knuckling it through another week. You're "on," buzzing with anticipation, racing to stay two steps ahead of an impending yet unnameable fear that's nearly always in your chest. Then, you're "off," floating in a sea of numbness, viewing your loved ones as if through a wall of plexiglass. You've analyzed your past and you're doing life "right," so why does it feel like an unending performance of "I'm fine"?

My space is a small cabin located within 5 acres of outdoor space. This allows for a very naturalized counselling experience. Walk and talk along the trails, Adirondack chairs deep within the wooded area or the shelter of the small cabin are your choices, for each appointment. The space allows for relaxation and grounding to be experienced very naturally. I am happy to be an NIHB provider.

Negative events or stressful experiences can interfere with how you are feeling about yourself and your relationships with others. When your mood feels up and down and you are under deep stress, it is hard to see a way out. When your past troubles you and impacts your present (and you fear the future) it can be devastating. You want to feel better, lighter, and like you've moved "past your past". You want a full life that feels easier than the one you're living. You want to be a better parent, partner, friend and family member. I completely understand, and I can help.
