You're doing your best to be everything to everyone—a reliable friend, a loving partner, a high-achieving professional. But lately, it feels like you're running on empty. Deadlines pile up, expectations grow, and it’s hard to tell where one role ends and another begins. You're exhausted but can’t switch off, lying awake with a mind full of “what ifs” and worries. The pressure to hold it all together is starting to crack, and you’re wondering how much longer you can keep this up.

Your mind feels like it has twenty browser tabs open and never seems to shut off.
There’s always something to think about, something to catch up on, or something you
wish you had said differently. Maybe you’re juggling deadlines, relationships that feel
stuck in the same patterns, or the pressure of holding everything together. ADHD,
anxiety, or substance use might add to the noise, or maybe it’s the exhaustion of
masking who you really are. However it shows up, it’s a lot to carry on your own, and it
can start to feel overwhelming.

You may look like you’re doing “fine” on the outside - showing up for work or school, caring for others, maintaining relationships, and keeping it together - but inside, it can feel
exhausting or overwhelming. Anxiety may be running in the background, grief or loss may
feel heavy, or relationships may leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of
yourself. You might find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, second-guessing decisions, or wondering who you really are beneath it all.
