About
I am a clinical, counseling and rehabilitation Psychologist who operates a private practice in Toronto providing assessment, individual psychotherapy, and clinical consultation to individuals and organizations that represent diverse ethnoracial backgrounds, gender and socio-economic status. Clients who are struggling with issues such as emotional distress, workplace difficulties, anger management, cross cultural issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and posttraumatic stress are assured to receive patient specific care
While there are several therapeutic modalities, my practice employs several therapeutic strategies that are evidenced based such as Cognitive Behavioural and Acceptance and Commitment Psychotherapy. More importantly I utilize an Anti-Oppressive framework to promote the best interest of each client.
My practice also offers psychotherapy in several languages including English, Farsi and Hindi
