When I began my Practice, I knew that I was blessed to have landed in a role that captured my brain and my heart but I never could have imagined that it would bring me to the place I am today. I have expertise in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and, Anger Management. In the past decade I have been focusing more on the area of Addictions including both substance and process, (alcohol, illicit and prescription drugs, food and gambling, sex, porn, gaming).
The first thing that makes my Practice unique is that I have spent decades working as a dedicated, full-time Therapist. The second thing is that I utilize an integrated Clinical approach. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Psychoanalytical and Family Systems Theory, and, Attachment-based Theories.
