By cultivating a sense of togetherness, our team works with individuals living with chronic illnesses, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, burnout, trauma, and life transitions.

We have a passion for helping individuals attain personal growth and gain emotional awareness through harnessing and engaging in emotional plasticity and resiliency. We use somatic and emotionally focused approaches in our counselling styles (e.g., accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy, somatic inquiry, EMDR).

We hold registration with as Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
