We live in a world that often doesn't recognize who we are, especially if you are queer, trans, neurodivergent. Whether you are one of those, or all three, I am right there with you. You might be wondering who you are or you might already know. You might have experienced trauma. You might be dealing with organizational challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and issues with your family of origin. You might be an individual, a monogamous couple, or in a non-monogamous relationship configuration. Wading through all of these issues can be difficult at the best of times, but I am here to help.
I am here to guide you on your journey toward self-acceptance, and negotiating who you are within our world. I pride myself on providing a safe space where you can talk about anything. As a social worker with training in solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, Gottman Method Couple Therapy, and collaborative couple therapy, my training is well rounded.
It can be very difficult to reach out for help, so I'm very glad that you're here. Your journey to healing has already begun. I have a lot of personal and professional experience with LGBTQ+ issues, ADHD, polyamory, trauma, and attachment issues. I've worked with youth, adults, couples, and triads.
