Do you feel like your mind rarely slows down? Like you’re carrying a lot internally, even if on the outside, you seem fine? Maybe you overthink conversations, question yourself after setting boundaries, or feel like your emotions hit harder than they should. Maybe your teen is struggling with anxiety, emotional outbursts, low self-esteem, school stress, friendships, or feeling overwhelmed and shutting down. I work with children (10+), teens, adults, and couples, supporting people through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-doubt, and those repeated patterns that continue to show up and keep you stuck.

A big part of my work is helping you understand yourself better, not just handing over coping skills and sending you on your way. Yes, tools matter, but so does slowing down enough to explore why certain relationships feel so activating, why boundaries feel uncomfortable, why emotions feel so big, or why you keep ending up in the same unhelpful cycles.

I work in a relational way, which means the therapeutic relationship itself matters. Feeling safe, understood, and genuinely supported is often where the real work begins. Therapy with me is about creating a space to better understand yourself, build self-trust, and learn how to move through life differently.
