I provide a person-centred and evidence-based music therapy/psychotherapy, using a heart-centred model as a representative of the humanistic approach, and a music-centred model as a professional musician, which gives me a wide range of musical and verbal choices for implementing activities and allows me to be flexible in selecting methods and techniques.
I support clients dealing with internet addiction, anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed or isolated; self esteem, confidence; caregiving, life transition or crisis, spirituality or personal growth, and other issues. I also work with children and adolescents with ADHD, autism. The therapy plan is tailored to meet the one's unique needs. NMT, GIM.
