I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex support systems. I am an adoptive parent, with extensive experience navigating support systems. I can support individuals, couples and families exploring their situation and developing individual solutions. I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy, and narrative therapy in finding solutions.

I will meet you where you are, using an approach that will help you find something positive in your current situation, and support you in navigating a path that will help you commit to moving forward in your journey to better mental health. This approach has been helpful to me, and it is much easier to approach than other types of therapy.

I have navigated the maze of emotions that can accompany adoption, including grief and joy. My lived experience offers a perspective that others may not be able to.
