Lauren is client centered and straight forward. She understands and recognizes the way that trauma can effect one's life. Trauma changes how a person regulates their thoughts and feelings and their ability to care for themselves emotionally and psychologically. Our body's way of coping is immediate and on survival mode and if we never learnt how to cope, we don't know how. As an expert in guiding one to learn how to take their power back at your darkest hour and at your pace, is freeing. Lauren is always willing to meet you where you are.
Lauren offers lived experience as well as educational and work. Trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, family dynamics, depression, anxiety and personality disorders. Also intergenerational trauma, grief/loss/bereavement, self-esteem, stress, emotional regulation, coping skills, codependency, impulsivity, ADHD, anger management and relationship issues/building.
Lauren offer’s a safe environment that is also free of judgment. She has many personal experiences which allows her the ability to relate to one's struggles and has the capacity to help others feel safe and learn how to cope through any situation. Lauren can offer guidance to grow and feel what it is like to be empowered by your struggles and feel free.
