Our Team
Welcome to the socially-aware hypersensitives seeking a place to share their authentic Truth. The world is incredibly heavy right now and it may be unsafe to put down the masks you've built over time, but you crave a safe and creative space to be accepted as you are. You may feel too much in all your intersectional, confused, imperfect, and resisting-self. Maybe you don't believe in yourself anymore, but you love the magic of stories and creativity. In right relationship, it is absolutely possible to clear the static in your head, to gain clarity and perspective, and to be nourished and strengthened when it all feels hopeless.

You feel talked down to, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to fit into a world that doesn’t seem built for you? Maybe loud noises feel overwhelming, trust feels difficult, or the world itself can feel harsh and scary while others seem to move through it with ease. You may long for softness: a space where you can unmask, express yourself freely, and feel accepted without needing to explain every part of yourself. I offer queer- and trans-affirming embodied therapy in Montreal, specializing in neurodivergence and gender, sexual, and cultural diversity. I work with ages 8-80, and with couples and polycules.

Are you or your child looking for therapy that actually works with your brain instead of against it? Are you trapped in your head and overwhelmed by big emotions, Drama therapy could be a good fit for you. Navigating school, friendships, or independence, therapy can help you build confidence, manage emotions, and feel more at ease being yourself. Currently, struggling with shutdowns, communication, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you build confidence, manage energy, and feel calmer in the present moment. I work well with those who often feel misunderstood or judged.

Although I have a particular affinity for working with children & adolescents due to my initial training as a creative arts therapist (allowing for both direct and indirect approaches to difficulty) - at this point in time I work with all demographics, ages and needs within the ‘neuro-typical and atypical spectrum’. Suffering and dis-ease is something that we all share in common, and due to my approach being rooted in an embodied, mindful-compassionate, client-centred collaborative approach, sessions can be relevant to a variety of experiences, i.e. awareness breeds understanding which can facilitate action to find healing.

Before I tell you what I can help you with, I want to tell you a bit about myself. I’m a Chinese girl who came to Canada to pursue my dream of becoming a drama therapist (never heard of it? Let's just say for now it's COOL). I’m also a dancer, writer, and crazy dog lady. I’m telling you all this because I know how you feel scrolling through 765 profiles and thinking, “Oh they all seem nice, but why they all sound similar? Who can really get me?" I want to present myself as a real person so you can gather infomations to decide if you’d like to share with me things about you - that's only fair, eh?
