My greatest passion is to bring healing and foster resilience to people who have been through a traumatic or stressful experience. I have over 20 years of experience, working directly with children, adults and families from various cultures, building empathy and providing nonjudgemental support to help people with addictions, depression, anxiety and grief. Currently I see individuals 13 years to 80 years old.
Within the counselling session, I use a person centred approach to help individuals to find the solutions that work for them depending on their situation. Since no single therapeutic approach is suited to everyone or ever situation, I use my training in various modalities such as EMDR, Solution Focused, Person Centred, and Mindfulness.
