I specialize in personal growth, shame, early childhood trauma, sexual trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, moral injury, grief and loss, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. I practice from an anti-oppressive lens and draw on a number of therapeutic approaches including CBT, EFT, ACT, CPT, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR and Dissociative Theory.
