Are you feeling depressed, anxious or stuck? Disconnected from family, friends or even yourself? Experiencing unfamiliar and uncomfortable feelings after an event or life transition? Feeling unfulfilled in life? If so, you are not alone. We often find ourselves engaging in the same repetitive behaviours and relationships that prevent us from achieving our goals and commitments in life. However, with the support and guidance of a counsellor, you can begin to make changes that will generate momentum in your life.
At Motion Counselling and Wellness, we are committed to supporting those in search of change and to help you create motion in areas of your life where you need the most. We are dedicated to our work with individuals (including children and youth), couples and families within Kelowna and its surrounding communities.
Our team of compassionate and highly skilled Counsellors (RCCs and CCCs) work with those who are confronted with a wide variety of mental health concerns, emotional distress or personal struggles. We also have an Affordable Counselling Program staffed by Master's Level Interns. Contact us for a no fee 15-minute initial telephone consultation.
