One of the greatest trials and rewards is to feel a sense of ease in your life and with who you are. If you’re here, it’s likely something is blocking you from this ease - trauma, anxiety, depression, or past relationships. While you may appear to have it all together, you know something is missing. Like many others, you might find it difficult to be vulnerable or lean on others, yet you face challenges in managing your emotions or experiences alone. I draw from ongoing clinical training and background in yoga to use the power of both mind and body-based approaches plus EMDR. The 'thinking' part of our brain is often affected by trauma or emotional distress - calming ourselves with logic alone can be challenging! A 12 Week course helping you move from stress and anxiety into feeling more at ease, compassionate and connected to yourself. The Embodied Way Through Anxiety Focuses on building Nervous System Regulation through: Journaling, Mindfulness Strategies and Yoga (5 classes) related to the learning lessons, as well as community connection and support via bi-weekly online Q&A meetings (recorded).
