I work with individual adults across all stages of life who are interested in holistic mental health. I offer a grounded and compassionate approach where curiosity about the mind-body connection is welcome. My approach is rooted in the Hakomi (Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy) principles of mindfulness, organicity, holism, non-violence, and unity.
I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) and have specialized training in Primary Attachment Therapy (PAT), Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), Polyvagal Theory (PVT), The Grief Recovery Method (GRM), & Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Amongst others, my practice reflects integrative and trauma-informed modalities.
