I have experience working in residential addiction treatment, leading anxiety support groups from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/self-compassion model, and supporting individuals/couples in therapy. I am trauma-informed and integrative in my approach, leaning primarily on existential, intersectional, relational, and internal family systems therapies.
