About
Overwhelm, uncertainty, confusion, conflict, anxiety and despair - if this is your reality right now, you're not alone. We're all longing for a sense of connection, possibility, and hope in the face of the tsunami of injustice, trauma and loss we're living through in these 'unprecedented times' (ugh). Stress levels higher than the price of a Vancouver condo, relationships sinking under the weight of isolation, & identities under attack from all sides - how do we cope with the chaos and still show up as the caregivers, creatives, healers and changemakers the world so desperately needs?
As a proudly queer, non-binary and neurodiverse person, I know how important it is to be seen as whole, strong and capable amidst our challenges. I work from a non-pathologizing, feminist & anti-oppressive stance, drawing on evidence based practices to help you cope with difficult emotions, connect with others and live a rich and meaningful life.
It's hard to be human some (ok, a lot) of the time. Luckily we don't have to handle it on our own. I see my role as compassionate witness and gentle guide, supporting you as you grapple with the hard things and find your way back to a life worth living. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to get to know me so please reach out. I'd like to help if I can.
