Overwhelm, uncertainty, confusion, conflict, anxiety, despair and dread - if this is your reality right now, you're not alone. We're all longing for a sense of connection, possibility, and hope in the face of the tsunami of injustice, trauma and loss we've all been living through for so long. Stress levels higher than the price of a Vancouver condo, rights and freedoms under attack from all sides and catastrophe looming around every corner - how do we face the mess we're in and still show up as the partners, parents, caregivers, creatives, healers and changemakers we long to be?
As a proudly queer, non-binary, neurodiverse person, I know how hard it is to find support that feels both aligned & affirming. I work with individuals and couples from a non-pathologizing, feminist & anti-oppressive stance, drawing on evidence based practices to help you cope with difficult emotions, connect with others and live a rich and meaningful life.
It's hard to be human some (ok, a lot) of the time. Luckily we don't have to handle it on our own. I see my role as compassionate witness and gentle guide, holding space for the hard stuff and helping you identify and move toward the things that truly matter. I offer a free consultation to get to know me so please reach out. I'd like to help if I can.
