I've been practicing as a social worker for 16 yrs. I'm a somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP). I'm fluent in French. I have my level 1 yoga teacher training. I specialize in anxiety, depression, dissociation, disordered eating/eating disorders, anger, attachment/conflict resolution, incorporating neuroscience - connection between brain & nervous system.
