As a C.O., Psychotherapist, I provide therapy services to adults who are looking to make positive changes in their lives by developing their strengths and devising new strategies to deal with recurring problems. I work most often with clients on the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship issues and difficulties related to self-esteem.
Drawing on evidence-based techniques from cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused and acceptance & commitment therapies, I will collaborate with you to find the best methods to address your concerns and build new ways of approaching them. I also have advanced training in EMDR which is particularly useful in the context of trauma.
Keeping up-to-date with research on best practices in psychotherapy is a priority for me. I also emphasize understanding your unique experiences to ensure our work together suits your individual needs.
