I have been practicing Social Work for over 35 years. Throughout my career, it has been a true privilege to be trusted by those who invite me into their healing journey. I believe it is a gift to share in the process of growth that comes through the open sharing of struggles and challenges. I offer a non-judgemental, authentic and knowledgeable space where individuals can feel safe to explore their experiences. With compassion and understanding, I work alongside you to help make sense of the difficulties you face and to support you in achieving emotional growth and greater well being.
I offer counselling to clients of all ages with an emphasis on supporting goals in a safe and predictable way. I specialize in trauma reduction, emotional healing, relationship/parenting challenges, post injury recovery and mental health recovery.
In addition I offer supervision to RSW's in private practice.
In addition to my clinical experience I have a wealth of experience as a parent of 3 adult children and the journey of raising children as a single parent. I look forward to understanding your unique story and joining you in your move to achieve the results you want and to assist you in navigating through the process that leads to those results.
