While I specialize in adverse childhood experiences and workplace/university transitions, clients come from all walks of life. Every individual is different, every story is unique- everyone who makes it in for counselling is looking for something similar- to make a change. Whether changing a perspective, a behaviour or resolving feelings that don't serve us anymore- change however big or small is a big deal.
