With 20 years of experience in community mental health and substance use support, I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT, EFCT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm-Reduction approaches.
