I work with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, grief, anger, relationship and family concerns, and other life challenges. With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, my approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing begins by understanding the connection between our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and overall well-being. My goal is to help clients develop insight, resilience, and practical strategies for creating healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I have worked in both North and South America, including 13 years as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Most recently, I served as a Clinical Supervisor, providing assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
In addition to my work as a Registered Psychotherapist, I have practised and taught yoga, meditation, and fitness for more than 35 years. Although I am independently registered, I have chosen to work under the supervision of registered psychologists to provide an additional level of clinical collaboration and support.
