Welcome! I have had the pleasure of working as a Social Worker/Psychotherapist for 30 plus years with adolescents and adults supporting them through anxiety, life transitions, burnout, eating disorders, mood disorders and more. Life does not always unfold the way we expected. Sometimes we find ourselves exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed and unsure how to move through it. I have spent years supporting people through exactly these times. We will draw from your strengths and work collaboratively to achieve your goals for a more positive path forward in a warm, empathic safe space.
Throughout my career in Toronto hospitals, treatment centers, the TDSB and my private practice I have had advanced training, experience and the privilege of working with adults navigating anxiety, divorce, grief, burnout, OCD and life transitions — as well as adolescents and families dealing with eating disorders, self-harm, anxiety, depression and more.
Just as each person is unique, so too will be our approach to meeting your goals. My approach draws on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused and narrative therapies and will be grounded in your strengths. Our work together will promote self-awareness, healing and growth.
