After 20+ years as a social worker and former Parole Officer, I now focus on private practice, meeting couples with empathy, curiosity, and humor.
I also support women through menopause as a Certified Menopause Coach, plus individuals with anxiety. Online in Ontario.
I am trained in Gottman Levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as Emotion-Focused Therapy, which allows me to bring proven, practical tools to support healthier relationships and emotional growth. I am also a certified Menopause Coach, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting women through one of life’s biggest transitions.
