Hello! I’m Mona, co-owner of A to Z Psychotherapy. I work with teens, adults, and couples, blending trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based approaches to therapy. I’m passionate about building a strong therapeutic alliance with you, by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, together. My goal is to help you tap into your strengths and collaborate with you on finding meaningful solutions.

My therapy style is conversational, compassionate, and collaborative. In our early sessions, we’ll use traditional talk therapy to build trust and understanding, then tailor our approach to suit your unique needs. I incorporate neuroscience-informed techniques like Mindfulness and Somatic Exeperiencing using IFS and EMDR.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, navigating life transitions, or seeking support in relationships, I’m here to offer the tools and guidance you need to move forward. If you’re ready to begin, I’d love to connect.
