Therapy is for anyone at any moment in life where you may feel you no longer like the way that you are functioning in the world. When we are thrown by circumstances, it can be challenging to recalibrate. I work with a range of individuals and concerns, specializing in self-esteem, anxiety, relationship concerns and life transitions. My process is a team-based one, where we work together to decide on a focus of therapy. My role is to use my knowledge and skillset to help guide you towards meaningful shifts in functioning, grounded by a space of empathy, compassion, objectivity, and non-judgement.
I want to get an understanding of each person who meets with me; who you are, what you care about, as well as your needs and hopes around the process of therapy. From there, I will work with you to explore and identify patterns that are no longer serving. I practice from a client-centred approach, meaning that I tailor therapy to you and your needs.
