Hi there, I'm Molly! I help all kinds of humans (18+) navigate the ups and downs of life. Often, my clients are struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulties within relationships (like conflict, codependency, and people pleasing), and difficulties measuring up to the rigid and unrealistic expectations of the world and systems we live in (leaving them with a deep sense of shame and unworthiness). Simply existing as a human can be really hard somedays, let alone doing all of the things that come with human-ing.
I offer over a decade of experience, supporting quality and effective help. Just as importantly, I offer warmth, deep compassion and understanding, and a truly judgement-free space. My clients would describe me as gentle, laid back, and genuinely invested in their wellbeing, making it easy to find comfort within our relationship quickly.
