We are a team of counselling therapists all with different areas of expertise, we are affirming and allied and use trauma and racial informed practices. Our therapists are compassionate and curious, continuously striving to educate ourselves and advocate for the issues impacting our clients. Our therapists are empathetic, non judgemental and genuinely care for the well being of our clients. We work with individuals, couples and families on various issues.
Our clients come to therapy for different reasons; to learn more about themselves; to achieve a goal; to get relief from suffering mental health symptoms; to work on their relationships with others; to have someone to listen and support; to process major life events and more.
We want your therapy to be a success! Our Intake Coordinator will help to best match you with a therapist, who is right for you, and will be with you every step of the way in getting you started. We offer appointments weekdays, evenings and weekends. In-person, video or phone. We work with clients throughout Canada.

Grief Group
Support group for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Contact Michelle@MLfamilycounselling.com to see if the group might be a good fit for you. Second Saturday of the month 10-11:30. All group members are pre-screened to ensure they are group ready. Registration is required.
