My focus is on healing the trauma of both our experiences in and our fractured relationship with the world we inhabit. Are you a frontline activist, first responder, or are you suffering from climate grief and anxiety/depression from living in uncertain times? I am here to act as a guide to help you find your highest self's purpose. I have lived experience in the 2SLGBTQ+ community and a background in youth support work, and have a trauma-informed, body-positive, intersectional practice.
I see every being as a collection of parts that, when given the opportunity, space, and support, will tend towards health, cohesion, and community. I am here to support you in becoming your most whole, connected Self.
This world is a heavy place to live in. I see colonialism and capitalism at the root of much of human suffering, with attachment traumas extending past human-to-human relationships to include relationships with the land and with the sacred. I want to reconnect us to the magical world that surrounds us, and lives within us.
