As a clinical social worker with 12+ years of experience, I work with individuals, couples and families dealing with various life stressors. I specialized in Anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, burn-out, bereavement and loss, racism, and immigration issues. I believe in empowering people through a person-centered and collaborative approach, creating a safe space that is filled with empathy, compassion, and love. I provide services in English and French.

I believe that you have everything inside of you necessary to work through your difficulty situation, heal, grow, and reach your full potential. You may feel uncertain, overwhelmed, scared, angry, weak and vulnerable, but you also have strengths inside. I am motivated to help you grow your self-awareness, your strengths, and help you heal.

My approaches include: Cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational approach, strengths-based, solution focused, mindfulness, emotion focused therapy. I believe through creating emotional and psychological safety in collaboration with clients, it helps to facilitate deeper self-exploration, while working towards client-centered goals.
