I specialize in the treatment of anxious and depressed feelings, avoidance behaviours and behaviours which are undesirable for you. My treatment approach consists of Hypnosis, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Positive Therapy, Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Eclectic Approaches.
I teach graduate students in the area of clinical psychology and therapy. Change processes and human development are of special interest to me together with a focus on diverse ethnicities.
