I am an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland, with sessions available in nature along the Pacific Spirit Trails, and online across Canada (unregulated provinces & territories) and internationally. I work with youth and adults seeking to manage their mental wellness including stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
