My goal is to bring joy and empowerment into the lives of the clients that I work with so they can overcome the challenges that they face every day. I have provided services to individuals 12 years old and over, and families with a wide variety of challenges including trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression and more. I have also discovered a new passion of working with couples.
I specialize in anxiety and stress management, grief counselling, couples therapy and trauma counselling. I also have 10 years experience working with youth with challenging behaviours
