Whether you’re experiencing overwhelm, uncertainty, burnout, grief, desire for change, or something else - you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a calm, supportive space (in-person or online) to explore thoughts, feelings, hopes, and expectations through creative self-expression. I offer gentle guidance and tools you can use in our session and in your daily life to open to the emergent future. We will witness, observe and listen without judgement whether personal, relational, social, political, spiritual, existential, environmental, or systemic. No art experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to show up.
I work with people of all ages, including children, youth, adults, families, and seniors with a wide range of needs and abilities. My approach is creative, inclusive, strengths-based. Over 20 years of experience in strategic design and systems thinking helps me guide clients in navigating complex systems factoring in multiple social determinants of health.
I offer individual and group sessions in Victoria, BC, and at schools, care homes, healthcare settings, and community organizations, as well as virtual sessions across Canada.
