I offer a warm, calm, and gentle space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s going on for you. Sometimes this involves using words. Sometimes it involves using images, symbols, colours, lines, and shapes. I will always take your lead. My approach is strengths-based, arts-based, trauma-informed, systems-aware, somatic, accessible, and inclusive, grounded in respect, care, and cultural humility.
As an art therapist and registered therapeutic counsellor, I work with people of all ages and abilities, including children, youth, families, adults, and elders (seniors) in-person in Cadboro Bay and Victoria, BC and online via video across Canada. I also facilitate group sessions in schools, care homes, healthcare settings, and community organizations.
