Hello! I know it is not always easy reaching out for help, but you’ve made it this far, and that is a huge accomplishment. I work with individuals (ages 4+) and regardless of age, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and utilizing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic approach. I have experience working with children who are dealing with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, specific fears, and life changes like parental divorce or starting at a new school. With teens, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and navigating interpersonal relationships.
I have experience working with adults with a variety of difficulties like anxiety, self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, narcissistic abuse, life transitions, and sleep. My goal is for this to be a collaborative process and for each client to be provided with a safe space where their thoughts, feelings, and emotions are heard, valued, and respected.
If you think that we might be a good fit for each other, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have while trying my best to make the booking/scheduling process as easy and quick as possible. I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Studies.
