Are you looking for compassionate, effective support for your child, teen, or yourself? I am a Registered Psychologist who is dedicated to helping children, teens, and parents feel more connected, confident, and understood. I have a warm, collaborative approach grounded in attachment and developmental science, and use both play and talk-based approaches. I believe that behaviour is a form of communication and work closely with families to understand the underlying needs driving their child’s difficulties. I offer both counselling and formal assessment so that children and families can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and families navigating emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, and neurodevelopmental differences. In addition to counselling and play-based therapy, I am also skilled in administering psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
