Hi, I’m Miranda Arellano, a Registered Psychotherapist, EMDR Certified Therapist and EMDR Consultant in Training helping individuals, couples, and clinicians grow and thrive. I specialize in EMDR therapy and Ego State Therapy to address trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. For couples, I use evidence-based approaches inspired by the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to improve communication and rebuild trust. I also offer EMDR intensives and online courses to support personal growth and professional development. My goal is to help you create a life of clarity, confidence, and connection.

Our team supports children, adolescents, adults, and couples using a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Ego State Therapy, Internal Family Systems and more.
