Oftentimes during our upbringing we start to tuck away components of self in order to fit in until we come to a time where we feel fragmented. Therapy can be a wonderful space to allow for these pieces to come back together and to feel free to be the truest version of yourself. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, have gone through a recent loss or transitioning into a new chapter of life, I am here to walk beside you. I look forward to working with you.
I offer therapy that focuses on a holistic understanding of yourself. From understanding your thoughts to working with your body from a somatic approach. We will work together to understand some of the origin wounds that have shaped you to the person you are today.
