About
With over a decade of experience in helping individuals through mental health challenges, I’ve learned that each person’s journey is truly unique. The events that you have encountered in your life have shaped your instincts, perspective, and way of coping with difficulties. My role is to work alongside you to unpack what is not working for you anymore, and hone in on your areas of resilience.
I specialize in guiding individuals through depression, forms of anxiety (generalized, social, and health), relationship challenges, and various life transitions. My therapeutic approach is warm and non-judgmental, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
Therapy can be hard work - know that you do not have to go through it alone. It can look like brief sessions or a longer journey. I will work collaboratively with you to develop a better understanding of your emotions, shift unhelpful thinking styles, and foster new ways to cope. I'm happy to offer a free virtual consultation to see how I can support you.
