| 中文 Before I tell you what I can help you with, I want to tell you a bit about myself. I’m a Chinese girl who came to Canada to pursue my dream of being a therapist. I’m also a dancer, writer, and crazy dog lady. I’m telling you all this because I know how you feel scrolling through 765 profiles and thinking, “Oh they all seem nice, but why they all sound similar? Who can really get me? And man, I hate sending emails what do I even say?” So I’m trying to make things simple, and show myself as a real person so you can tell if you’d like to share with me a thing or two about you - that's only fair, eh?
Now some “serious” talk: I was trained as a drama therapist, which means I like using storytelling, imagination, role play and just some fun prompts to explore what's inside of your beautiful brain. I’m also big on values work, which means we take time to find out what actually matters to you and how you want to live and shine (Wouldn't THAT be nice?)
I have many ways to help you find the ESSENCE of you other than drama therapy. We can do therapeutic writing, or use tarot cards not to forecast your luck next month but to project and build insights, or do some ancestral work - I wish I could tell you more about that but there's no more space so just shoot me a message to book an initial call!
