English
| 中文 I provide therapy sessions online and in person in my office in Midtown Toronto, and usually support immigrants and newcomers to Canada who are dealing with depression and anxiety, traumatic experiences, high stress level, life-transitioning situations such as dealing with break ups, career changes, moving to a new country, and adjusting to a new environment.
As a Gestalt-trained psychotherapist, I work in an experiential way with my clients to support them in processing their emotions by using active listening, discussion, art, inner- and outer- dialogues, & psychodrama. I also use the Somatic Experiencing method (processing the body's sensations) to help clients move through their traumatic experiences.
I worked with newcomer youth & their families for many years, supporting them with emotional and academic challenges, and followed my passion for the emotional and therapeutic aspects of my work. I am a sex-positive therapist. As a POC Woman, I am passionate about supporting people of colour. I invite you to reach out to me to book your first consultation.
